Merry Christmas!

A Christmas Message

On behalf of myself and the Board of Directors, I want to wish every member of The Independence Party and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Healthy, Happy, Safe and Blessed New Year!

Since the appointment of Mark Carney as PM, we have all faced an assault on freedom.  It’s clear that he has taken aim at Albertans as his special target for destruction.  Our freedom and prosperity are being threatened by this globalist authoritarian.  This isn’t the result of Liberal incompetence, it is being done by design.  Carney and his globalist partners want Albertans on their knees, begging for handouts. 

We have the opportunity to change this, but at the pace of its advancement, I believe we will have only one opportunity to escape this devastation to our lives.  If we don’t take this opportunity this window will be closed and our freedom will be gone. 

I’m sure you’re aware the Alberta Prosperity Project has been taking steps to bring forward the opportunity for a referendum on our freedom through independence.  I cannot stress how important it is to engage in conversations with your family and friends over the Christmas Season to talk about this important opportunity.

The enemies of independence will stop at nothing to undermine our movement.  It is important when speaking with family and friends to explain the benefits and opportunities by becoming our own nation.  It is important to help family and friends get over their fear of the unknown and press forward toward this opportunity. 

Albertans wanting to determine their own destiny by leaving Canada isn't just about money, it’s about our loss of freedoms if we stay.  We need to leave the sinking ship known as Canada or stay aboard and drown.  Our choice is as simple as that.  Do you want your children and grandchildren to live in poverty and die in chains under this authoritarian government, or do you want them to be free with a future to look forward to? 

Our Premier has said she will support a referendum if the number of signatures required are gathered for Mitch Sylvestre’s petition.  Keep in mind that the Premier has stated multiple times that she does not support independence and continues her message of keeping Alberta sovereign within Canada.  Alberta cannot be sovereign if we stay within Canada! 

I ask that all members of The Independence Party assist the Alberta Prosperity Project in gathering signatures for Mitch Sylvestre’s petition when the signature drive begins.  Let’s make the Government of Alberta respect the will of the people and do what’s right for all Albertans.

Should they fail to do what's best to protect and look after the future for Albertans, we are still commited to do everything possible to replace this government with MLA's and a Leader that will look after the best interests of Albertans and lead us into creating an Independent Republic of Alberta!
