Historic Event at 2025 AGM

In a historical event, The Independence Party Board of Directors led a multi-party panel at our 2025 AGM where representatives from all other independence parties were invited to attend to talk about the importance of setting aside party differences and working together toward the ultimate goal of independence for Alberta. 

Panel members included Marilyn Burns, Leader of the Alberta Advantage Party, Jeevan Mangat, Interim Leader of the Wildrose Independence Party, Danny Hozack, President of the Wildrose Loyalty Coalition, Art Hangar, Director of the Republican Party of Alberta, Dr. Michael Wagner, Senior Alberta Columnist for the Western Standard and author, Nadine Wellwood, Chartered Investment Manager and Ron Robertson, President of The Independence Party.

This event has helped develop a bond between the parties and has opened the door to a unified independence movement that will benefit all Albertans. We look forward to continuing to build a strong working relationship between parties, one that will keep us all focused on the ultimate prize of an independent nation of Alberta.

We all need to work together in order to bring forward a successful binding referendum that will take us on the path to independence!
