Did you know that Alberta was created through an Act of Parliament without the consent of Albertans?  Alberta was created to be a resource colony for the Laurentien elites and since it was created in 1905, has never been treated fairly by Ottawa.  Our first Premier was a Liberal appointed by Ottawa.  This unfair treatment isn’t by chance, it was by design.  Albertans were viewed as a province of serf’s for the Ottawa ruling class and those attitudes still prevail today.  Nothing has changed for the betterment of Albertans. 

It is the goal of The Independence Party of Alberta to create a government that will transition Alberta from a province of Canada into an independent nation.  It is the only way Albertans will survive and prosper.  Canada as a nation is failing by design.  The Ottawa government is rapidly transitioning Canada into an authoritarian police state.  Creating strategic alliances with communist countries and attempting to force destructive globalist plans on the people while trying to create a hatred of our closest friend and ally, the United States of America.

Our goal is to ensure a fair referendum on leaving Canada, and upon a successful vote to give the Ottawa government 60 days to complete negotiations with Alberta, or our Legislature will make a unilateral declaration of independence and Alberta will become its own nation.  It’s time we had a government by the people and for the people!
